Here at Shields Consulting Group, Inc., we take pride in the fact
that we provide our clients with only one service. That service of
course, is the highest quality State Mandated Cost Consulting and
Reimbursement services around. We will not try and sell our other
services to you because we offer no other.
Following are the steps we take to provide our

PLAN

We develop a client specific plan
for each reimbursable mandated program. This takes into
account the unique methods clients utilize to comply with each
mandate. Imagine that! We change our methods to suit our
clients' needs! |

IMPLEMENT
|
We implement the plan by meeting
with contacts for each program, providing training on reimbursable
activities and costs, and finally, gathering documentation to
prepare, submit and support claims for reimbursement. |

COMMUNICATE
|
We communicate with our main
district contact at regular intervals. Topics of discussions
often include: potential revenue vs. claim amounts, budgeting ideas,
audit risk, training needs, cost vs. benefit of documenting small
dollar claims |
