Shields Consulting Group, Inc. was founded by Steve Shields with one service goal in mind.  That goal is to serve our clients as mandated cost consulting and reimbursement experts.  Utilizing Steve's 16 years of experience in the industry, we work with our clients to develop a client-specific plan for obtaining its appropriate share of mandated cost reimbursements from the State.  Imagine that.  Having your consultant alter its ways to fit your needs!
